Kids splashing in the water
Adults sliding down the slide
Cars driving down the road a few feet away
And me, standing and watching, working
Parents chatting on the side of the pool,
Kids asking "can I go next?"
The hot tub, bubbling
And me, leading the lesson, working
Feet slipping off the rocks in the rock wall,
Basketballs pounding the floor
A baby, crying,
and me, cleaning, working
